As a not-for-profit Christian education institution, Oconee Christian Academy is exempt from paying federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the 1986 Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, contributions from individuals, foundations, corporations and other organizations qualify as tax deductions. Oconee Christian Academy has been given the IRS federal identification number 57-0978451.

Cash gifts may be made through checks payable to Oconee Christian Academy or by credit card using ourgift form.

A gift to Oconee Christian Academy may be the perfect way to honor the memory of someone dear to you while making a positive impact on our students today. The family of the person you are honoring with be notified of your gift (not the amount) with an appropriate card.

An Honor Gift

When it comes to Christmas or birthdays, so many people have enough ties or scarfs. Why not make a gift to Oconee Christian Academy in his/her honor. An appropriate card will be sent to the honoree, telling him or her of your thoughtful gesture.

Gifts in Kind

You can donate goods that can be used for educational or athletic purposes and receive gift credit. Please contact the school and provide in writing the value of your donation. You will then receive an acknowledgement for tax purposes.

Annual Fundraisers

The Board of Trustees of Oconee Christian Academy is committed to providing Christian education to families who desire to enroll their child in our school. The Board sets aside $150,000 each year to provide financial assistance to families who qualify for support. Each year, the school sponsors the Oconee Christian Academy Golf Classicto raise the funds need to support the financial aid program. In addition, our middle and elementary students participate in a walkathon to also help raise money for this endeavor.

Treasures on First

Your contribution of items goes to help provide school resources to students at Oconee Christian Academy. Treasures also gives excess items to other community organizations, groups and individuals in need.

Donations of gently used items are welcome and can be dropped at Treasures during store hours- Tues- Sat, 9am- 5pm, left in the drop box outside of Treasures during closed hours or call Treasures on First at (864) 888-0422 to schedule a pick up time for larger items.

Volunteer Opportunities At Treasures on First

Volunteering at Treasures is time well spent. While helping volunteer at Treasures, you are making a difference to the students of Oconee Christian Academy. Whether you have a few hours to spare or can lend a helping hand to help do pick-up's with Brad Curlee-- The Treasures Staff will be very grateful for anytime you give.

Volunteers are always in need to sort, test appliances, clean kitchenware, stock items and help in other areas of the store. Call Susie Grier (Treasures Store Manager) to find out how you & your family can help.

Consider becoming an advocate for Treasures On First and OCA with your church or community organization by asking for donations and encouraging members to shop at Treasures!
